ActionThink was founded in January 2001, by Angela Penny, Chief Consultant / Writer. Before launching her online career as early employees at Time Warner's Pathfinder site in February 1995 -- Angela worked extensively in traditional entertainment communications, with: MTV Networks, Showtime Networks, Paramount Pictures, FOX News, and HarperCollins, among others. An accomplished creative and business journalism writer, Angela also spent two years working for top-tier Investment banks. She graduated from UC Berkeley and earned an MBA from New York University. In the exciting world of the Internet she has worked at Time Inc., Hearst, The Palace, Salon.com, ThirdAge Media, and Upside Ventures in varied executive positions. |
